By accessing, registering, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

Before using any services offered by CRADE Space (“we”, “us”, “our”), you must read and agree to these Terms. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • If we discover that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
  • Registered account names and email addresses must be genuine and belong to real individuals.
  • Fake, spam, or automated accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Accounts found to be fake or spam will be suspended immediately.
4. Membership Activation
  • Accounts will be activated only after successful payment of the membership fee of 30 USDT.
  • By taking membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all concepts and conditions before joining.
  • No refunds or cancellations will be provided after membership activation under any circumstances.
5. Earnings and Purchase Policy
  • All earnings in CRADE are based on the pre-sale purchase membership model.
  • A portion of USDT from these purchases is distributed as income to eligible members.
  • If earnings are affected due to slow purchase activity, CRADE holds no responsibility for the delay or stoppage of income.
6. CRD Token Pre-Sale Price
  • CRD token pre-sale prices are determined by pre-sale investment and core investment.
  • Prices may differ at the time of public trade launch.
  • CRD token must be withdraw in MetaMask wallet for safe and secured store.
7. Marketing and Promotions
  • We may use collected information such as country name, email ID, and gender for internal promotions within the CRADE ecosystem.
  • We do not sell user data to third parties, unless required by local authorities with proper legal documentation.
8. Responsible Networking
  • CRADE does not allow or support false promises, forced memberships, or misleading recruitment.
  • We follow a network marketing strategy but joining is a voluntary decision of the user.
  • If anyone approaches you with fake promises or pressure to join, report it to: report@crade.space.
9. Public Trading Disclaimer
  • CRADE has not announced the public trading launch date of CRD tokens.
  • Users should avoid rumors and verify updates through official CRADE communication channels only.
10. Data Collection and Usage
  • Data collected during registration and usage will be used for internal purposes only.
  • Information will not be shared with any third party unless requested by administrative authorities with proper documentation.
11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, activating membership, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
